Ticket notes are designed to assist in the comunication between teachers, members, reception staff and management. When a ticket note is created concerning a specific member then this will be indicated in the Home and Member Pages and during the Check In.

A Priority level has to be allocated to the ticket during the creation. If the message is sent to a staff member with a valid e-mail address an e-mail will be sent containing the information of the ticket note. The person concerned can then create a response and change the status of the ticket note. Again an e-mail will be sent out.
