Quick-BookWiz is an internet based software that has been developed over the past few years in conjunction with Aquanaut Swim School in New Zealand to manage their core operations such as to organise pupils into classes, allocating space and teachers, provide the parents with class details and keeping track of the financial transactions.
After the sale of the Swim School in 2010 the software owners Dr. René Flachsmann and Susie Fieldhouse decided to make the management tool available to other users.
The idea is to provide a quality management tool that can be customized and accessed through the internet at a cost that clubs and smaller business can afford. The benefits of accessing the software through the internet and storing the data on an external server are many, such as increased efficiency, better financial control, and providing a better service to your clients.
Our Goal is to build a long-term global business from New Zealand by changing the way small business and clubs approach their scheduling, booking and management needs.
